DELIVERY, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Shipping charges are calculated by weight and start at £2 for mainland UK deliveries with completely free delivery for orders over £200. All orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail First Class or Parcelforce 48 Hour.
We aim to dispatch your order as soon after it is placed as possible and most orders will be received within 5 – 10 working days although please allow up to 21 days from the date you place your order for delivery.
All overseas orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
We aim to dispatch your order as soon after it is placed as possible and all orders should be dispatched within 3 working days. Deliveries within Europe should take from 2 working days, deliveries to USA and Canada from 3 working days and Rest of World from 5 working days although please allow up to 21 days from the date you place your order for delivery.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. If an item you order is later found to be out of stock, you will be contacted to see if an alternative can be provided or a refund will be provided.
Please note that for international orders outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for paying customs duty and taxes prevailing in their own country, not Origami Inside.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Origami Inside. However if you are not, we will refund your purchase subject to the item being returned, as new, within 30 days of the item being received by you.
Please contact us at email@example.com to let us know that you wish to return your order. The unwanted item or items must be returned to us in an as new condition with all packaging within 30 day of being received by you. Origami Inside is not liable for the cost of postage incurred for returning items.
In the event of an incorrect item being delivered, Origami Inside will reimburse any charges on receipt of the returned goods.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If the product is faulty or has been damaged in transit please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what is wrong with the items and to get advice on how to return them. Please also let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement.
